No withdrawal terms are provided in Switzerland. However, the burden of proof also falls on the buyer (art. 8 CC). Nonetheless, the Seller here allows a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the item for the Buyer to withdraw.
For hygiene reasons, hair extensions that have been worn or tried on are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. The golden ties holding the hair together must not have been broken to ensure that the extensions have not been in contact with the scalp; if this is the case, your return would be refused by customer service, and your package would be returned at your expense upon request.

To return a product, please contact customer service with your order number and the reason for your return, along with photos of the product.
Our customer service will provide you with a return number and the return address for your product.
Refund
If all our return conditions are met, you will receive your refund within 10 days via the same payment method used during your purchase.
