What is the lifespan of clip-in extensions?
It greatly depends on how you use your extensions. Generally, our natural hair clip-in extensions last between 6 and 8 months with regular use.

What are "Double Drawn" extensions?
These could be called thick-tipped extensions. With Double Drawn clip-in extensions, the tips are the same thickness as the roots, giving a real “wow” effect. These hair strands are of exceptional quality: they are thick and voluminous from root to tip. This is less true for other extensions that offer a more natural look with tips that are slightly finer than the roots, like your real hair.
What is the delivery time for extensions?
We offer several delivery options depending on your location.
Delivery times are between 24H/48H after the order. For all orders placed before 1:00 PM, shipping takes place only on the following business days (Monday to Friday).
Can extensions be exchanged if the color does not suit?
If your order does not meet your expectations, you have a 7-day period to exchange or request a refund.
It is essential that the returned item is still in its packaging, neither opened nor used. No refunds will be given if these conditions are not met.
